Wonderful and clean property with good service and excellent value. Good and tasty meals. - Attentive staff, smooth check-in, and amazing bar. - Location not far from metro station, well connected throughout Kolkata, central markets, and the shopping area.

The staff provided decent service and helped with documents. Location: the hotel was short walk to Kolkata for a day, the Victoria Memorial, the shopping area and the metro and the Victoria Memorial Hall. The lunch in Fire And Ice Pizzeria minutes from the property had every choice imaginable.

The hotel was located conveniently in the business center with easy access to many of the city's attractions. the waiters at the restaurant were polite and the staff managing the conferences were professional and helpful.
The service was lacking in other areas. the reception staff was unorganized and slow to assist guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of the city and I must say, it was a great experience. the hotel offered amazing value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail in every aspect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities and had a very nice ambiance. Additionally, the location of the hotel at the center of the city made it convenient for transportation and exploring nearby shopping and eating areas. Lastly, the breakfast provided was wholesome and delicious, a perfect start to the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic, nothing to improve.
